The electronic door lock - SmartLock RC MIDI 3 is ideal for offices, rental apartments and other premises.

It can be used with almost any of standard door lock mechanism, it’s a costumer’s decision what type of mortise lock use - simpler or more secure locking mechanism. The most commonly used mechanisms you can see in the attached images.

Remote

Opening and reading remote logs outside the Bluetooth coverage area is possible via the Internet after using the BT-WiFi-G2 gateway, the gateway connects simultaneously to the door handle and the Internet via Wi-Fi and transmits data to the server. One gateway can handle multiple locks.

The BT-WiFi-G2 gateway is not included in the lock package.

Code system capabilities:

Permanent CODE - set the date from which the CODE will be valid;
Temporary CODE - select a valid date range, for example from 23/12/2023. from 12:00 to 27/12/2023 11:30 IDEAL FUNCTION FOR RENTING APARTMENTS;
Cyclic CODE – access is provided, for example: for every weekend with an hourly interval;
One-time CODE - allows you to use the PIN code once in a given period of time.

How to generate codes:

In the application, you select the lock to which you want to give access to this landlord;
You select the “Temporary CODE” option;
The application automatically creates an SMS with information about the time of stay and access PIN code. After the specified date, the code becomes invalid.

Attention! PIN codes are generated based on specially developed algorithms, so the possibility of repeating this code in the future is excluded.

Access via Bluetooth:

The administrator sends a so-called Electronic Key to the homeowner who wishes to provide access to the specified door. The recipient must have our app installed on their phone and Bluetooth enabled.

The administrator has access to logs through the application and through the web interface with the ability to download events (logs) to a file.
